What you will do:
You will be the first point of contact for clients and the central hub of our office operations. Your work will directly shape how our clients experience Janke LLP as a professional, caring, and efficient organization.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Directing inquiries and supporting client communications
- Scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars
- Preparing correspondence, internal documents, and marketing materials
- Handling document delivery and deadlines
- Supporting billing, deposits, receipts, and accounts receivable
- Managing vendor relationships and supply orders
- Maintaining and updating our practice management system (Karbon)
- Representing the firm through involvement in local organizations
- Ensuring our office is organized, efficient, and client-ready
Key tools you will use:
- Karbon, a professional services practice-management software
- Office365, including Teams, Excel, and Word
- Several other best-of-breed applications
